Fully Managed Lettings in Buckinghamshire
Fully managed lettings for landlords in Milton Keynes, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Amersham and Marlow.
Buckinghamshire runs from the Metropolitan line commuter towns of Amersham and Chesham up to Milton Keynes, one of the largest concentrations of company headquarters and logistics operations in the country. Between them sit High Wycombe, Aylesbury and Marlow, and on the county's southern edge the film studios at Pinewood.
Alali Homes manages properties across Buckinghamshire for vetted professional occupants. We look after the property and the people staying in it throughout, and you follow every month's income in your landlord portal.
Where the demand in Buckinghamshire comes from
Milton Keynes
National and international companies base their UK headquarters and distribution operations in Milton Keynes. Relocating staff, visiting teams and contractors on site need a furnished, managed home near the city.
Pinewood Studios and the film industry
Productions at Pinewood bring crews into south Buckinghamshire for the length of a shoot, often several months, and they need homes rather than hotel rooms for that period.
High Wycombe, Aylesbury and the Chilterns commute
High Wycombe's employers, Aylesbury's hospital and county offices, and the Metropolitan and Chiltern line towns of Amersham, Beaconsfield and Gerrards Cross attract professionals who work locally or in London.
Properties that work in Buckinghamshire
Flats and houses in Milton Keynes, High Wycombe and Aylesbury are the properties we can keep occupied most reliably. Larger houses near Pinewood and in the Chiltern towns suit crews and relocating families.
We assess every property individually and take it on where we can manage it to our standard.

Property management in Buckinghamshire: common questions
- How much do you charge, and what does it cover?
- One fee covers the full service. We keep your property occupied with vetted working professionals, and handle every changeover in between: check-ins and check-outs, professional cleans and inspections, plus maintenance, compliance tracking and your landlord portal. It is a 15% share of the rent your occupants pay, and the other 85% is paid to you every month with a written statement.
- What is the income floor?
- If your payouts across a quarter come to less than 60% of the long-term market rent for your property, we reduce or waive our fee for that quarter to make up the difference, up to the full value of our fee. The market rent figure and the conditions are agreed in writing before you sign.
- Who will stay in the property?
- Working professionals only. Every occupant goes through our vetting process before they are approved, whether they are relocating for work, on a contract placement, or with a company sending staff to the area. We inspect the property regularly throughout.
- Do you cover Milton Keynes even though it is administratively separate from Buckinghamshire?
- Yes. Milton Keynes is one of the strongest areas of demand from working professionals in the region and we treat it as part of our Buckinghamshire coverage.
